We have helped every family for 17 years to sell, buy or rent their home in Valencia. Our CEO, Nora García, has been in the residential real estate sector for more than 20 years and has been linked to it by family tradition as a promoter and constructor’s daughter.
Passionate about the sector, her concerns to change the image of the real estate sector, made her set up together with a group of professionals from Valencia, the most important MLS in the community and nowadays, the largest in the country, called ASICVAL (before Valencia SIC) and of which for several years she holds the presidency.
Nora Garcia is also in charge of the FEDERACION DE ASOCIACIONES INMOBILIARIAS (FAI), a collective that encompasses more than 20 associations that work with the MLS system throughout Spain.
Undoubtedly a woman who is committed to her profession, who struggles every day to make it worthy and to ensure that consumers and customers can undoubtedly trust a real estate professional.

Rk Igarka, has been awarded on numerous occasions as BEST CAPTURING AGENCY and BEST SELLING AGENCY in the MLS Valencia SIC (now called ASICVAL), to which he belongs and his agent Carlos Maravall has received the award for BEST CAPTURING AGENT in the MLS.
In 2017, RK Igarka received the 2nd NATIONAL MARKETING PRIZE at EMOCIONANTE in Seville (the largest real estate event in Spain) for its EMOTIONAL VIDEOS.
